I perceive that my child’s participation in iD Tech Camp is totally voluntary. I further understand that there are inherent risks of harm, critical bodily hurt, or demise associated with the iD Tech Camp. In explicit, the dangers of iD Tech Camp embody but usually are not limited to, personal bodily harm, tools malfunction and/or failure together with, damage to property, actions of other people, and different injuries arising out of or linked with iD Tech Camp. I expressly agree to simply accept and assume all such dangers, including private harm and dying, arising in any way from my baby’s participation in iD Tech Camp. I give my permission for my baby to be on the campus of the California Institute of Technology (“Caltech”) as a part of the iD Tech Camp on the dates for which I registered.
