User software consists of spreadsheet templates and phrase processor templates. Users create this software themselves and sometimes overlook how essential it is. Depending on how competently the person-written software program has been integrated into default application packages, many customers is probably not conscious of the excellence between the original packages, and what has been added by co-workers.
